✨ At least 3 to 4 years of experience in manpower supervision/handling.
✨ Has experience working in same industry is an advantage.
✨ Willing to work on-site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Managing daily operations of Employee Relation & Discipline.
✨Monitoring the workflow performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
✨Handling the initial and moderate employee relations cases and resolve the complex issues.
✨Assisting internal and external audits through preparation of required documents and evidence.
✨ Guiding Supervisors and Staffs in executing HR procedures and standards.
✨Ensuring the process consistency of the Employee programs.
