Position: Japanese Source-To-Contract Specialist
Company Industry: Global Pharmaceutical Solutions
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 170,000
Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Day shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (2-3 Days work from home a week)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Open to Filipino candidates who have business-level to fluent proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese.
✅ JLPT N1–N3 passers and non-passers are welcome to apply
✅ Bachelor’s degree holder in any field; a background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
✅ Strong skills in supplier negotiation, contract drafting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal and Compliance
✅ At least 2 years above experience in Procurement, Source to Pay, Purchasing, Buyer, or any related experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Manage day-to-day sourcing events, price and contract negotiations, and contract drafting and execution for Japanese business operations.
✅ Engage with Japanese stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with agreed Service Levels.
✅ Maintain strict compliance with applicable legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal corporate policies in Japan.
✅ Partner across teams to design and execute procurement strategies, using market insights and risk analysis to drive local business profitability.
✅ Continuously improve user experience, process efficiency, and operational effectiveness across assigned workflows.
✅ Support the implementation of automation and AI solutions to optimize procurement processes.
✅ Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal Japanese business partners and external suppliers to support their key goals.
✅ Mentor team members and collaborate closely with fellow Source-to-Contract specialists.
