Position: Spanish Credit and Collections Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 75,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
❍ Open for Native and Non native Spanish speakers
❍ Bachelor’s Degree holder
❍ Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Accounting/Finance
❍ Must have an experience using SAP tools
❍ Willing to work onsite
❍ Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
❍ Process payments and refunds
❍ Update client’s online record and account
❍ Provide financial information needed by the client
❍ Review unpaid invoices and send collection reminder
