Company Profile: The company provides professional information solutions in the field of medical science, legal, risk management, and business to business support.
Position: Spanish Sales Account Supervisor (B2B)
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Quezon City
Salary: PHP 90,000 - PHP 100,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup - 2 days onsite and 3 days wfh)
Requirements:
❍ Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish and English
❍ Open for Foreign National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
❍ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any field
❍ At least 3 year above in proven Sales Experience
❍ With Leadership experience handling sales team
❍ Preferably with International Business to Business (Sales Account), Inside Sales or Consultative Selling experiences
❍ Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce or any salestools is a big advantage
❍ Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Responsibilities:
❍ Assist the Sales Account Manager Team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
❍ Assign Sales leads and help them to improve their performance.
❍ Provide Training and Development for Account Managers to improve their performances
❍ Ensure that Sales Account Manager Team are meeting or exceeding their activity standards
❍ Maintaining maximum profit margin
❍ Other projects, tasks and duties as assigned.
