Position: Head Accountant
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Parañaque City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours shift) & Saturday (4 hours shift)
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 50,000
Job Descriptions:
📌Responsible of obtaining client payments and making sure they are completed on time.
📌Oversees the company's accounts receivable department's employee division.
📌Establish regular deadlines for processing payments and accounts.
📌Create regular reports
📌Provide quality control at every stage of the processing and organization of bills, records, and invoices.
📌Negotiate and resolve client non-payment issues.
📌Keeps track of all payments.
📌Oversees and manages the employees and department of accounts payable.
📌Keeping track of the general ledger, money due, money due, and project accounting.
📌Makes ensuring that the company's systems, rules, and procedures are followed
📌Ensures that the company's financial responsibilities are met effectively, including accounts payable.
📌Oversees all procedures relating to taxes.
📌Keep tabs on the business's financial outlays, keep a database, and produce reports
📌Observe all financial transactions
📌Control the entry, verification, and processing of data for invoices
📌Monitors the progress of every transaction
📌Carries out specified tasks in the workplace.
Job Requirements:
📌BS Accountancy
📌 At least 3-5 years of experience for the same role
📌Amenable to work on site
📌Amenable to work on a Mondays-Saturday working days
