Requirements:
🧁 JLPT N1 - N2 Passer / Level
🧁 Fresh graduate or At least Bachelor graduate
🧁 Computer Literate
🧁 Good communication skills and service-oriented.
Responsibilities:
🧁 KYC confirmation process
🧁 Deposit / withdrawal confirmation and response regarding deposit / withdrawal of user's credit card and bank transfer
🧁 Japanese email support and support for transactions, campaigns, deposits and withdrawals
🧁 Telephone support, telephone contact and response by identity verification
Recruitment Process:
🧁 HR and Online Exam (Including Personality test, Multitasking, ect.) via Zoom
🧁 Final Interview
