Requirements:
🛬 Filipino can speak Japanese
🛬 JLPT N1 -N3 Passer or Level
🛬 Can work in Makati
🛬 With at least BPO/CSR experience is advantage but not required
🛬 Conversational English is okay
🛬 High School graduates/undergraduates are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities:
🛬 Be able to communicate with client/s using Japanese language via emails, chat, and calls
🛬 Data encoding
🛬 Online Reservation Management
🛬 Process booking via email or call
🛬 Attend to customer’s requests and concerns via email or call
🛬 Monitor booking schedules
