Position: Japanese Accounting/HR Team Lead
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Mandaluyong/Taguig City
Salary offer: Negotiable
Working Schedule: Shifting or Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement

Requirements:

•Open to Native Japanese
•JLPT N1-N3 Passer or Level
•Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any course
•At least 5-8 years experience in Finance and Accounting or HR
•Must have experience in Team Lead role for more than 1 year
•Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
•Experience in BPO company is an advantage but not required
•Goal-oriented individual with strong time and task management.

Responsibilities:

•Subject Matter Expert
•Coach or training the inexperienced team members.
•Supervise or coordinate with staff to identify, assess and resolve the issues/problems.
•Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
