Position: Mandarin Customer Service Officer
Location: Makati City (Office based)
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off per week
Industry: BPO/Online Gaming
Salary: Negotiable

Languages: Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:
✅Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
✅Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
✅Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
✅Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions.

Requirements:
✅Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English
✅Experience in Customer Service is an advantage but not required
✅Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
