Job Duties:
✅To make Proactive outbound calls to target and segment existing members for the following purpose:
✅Offer off-line promotion bonus programs to keep the members
✅Conduct survey to gather feedback and suggestions
✅To engage in ad-hoc outbound call campaigns as designated by management, from time- to time
✅To maintain proper call records and outcomes using prescribed templates, for performance reporting management in timely manner

Requirements:
✅Open to all Native Nationalities (Malaysian, Indonesian, Taiwanese, Chinese)
✅Basic English
✅Fluent in Mandarin language
✅Open to undergraduates
✅With at least 1 year work experience
✅Willing to do phone calls
✅Open to candidates located abroad
✅With experience in Online Gaming is a plus
