Requirements:
✅ Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,
✅ Bachelor/College Degree, in any field.
✅ Fluency (written and spoken) in Mandarin and English.
✅ Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills
✅ Willing to work on rotational / shift schedule

Responsibilities:
✅ Perform audit checks and assessments on Payment Service Officer handlings and transactions with the objective of ensuring services rendered meet the business expectation and standard.
✅ Provide suggestions and ideas in process improvement projects and deliveries.
✅ Review handling process loopholes and the changes to be done to reduce errors or fraud.
✅ Develop a project that can improve procedures and team performance that gives valuable impact.
✅ Review training exams before giving them to trainees for Payment Service Officers.
✅ Administer, train, coach, support, and report on daily tasks, workforce scheduling, and performance of officers (for Senior Executive).
