Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift
Set-up: Work on-site

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related course
✅ Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, strategies, and trends.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software and tools.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose professional correspondence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
✅ Effectively manage the CMO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating sales and marketing-related meetings, appointments, and events.
✅ Ensure all relevant materials, such as sales and marketing documents, are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
✅ Assist the CMO in managing sales and marketing documents, including sales reports, marketing plans, and campaign materials.
✅ Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other communications addressed to the CMO related to sales and marketing.
✅ Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for sales and marketing-related meetings, and ensure all relevant materials are distributed in a timely manner
✅ Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks related to sales and marketing initiatives.
✅ Ensure documents are properly stored, archived, and easily retrievable when needed.
✅ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CMO's office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
✅ Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and communication for sales and marketing initiatives.
