Position: Portuguese Electronic Customer Support
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Rosario, Cavite Province
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 95,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup - 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Proficient in Portuguese and English language both verbal and written
➤Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
➤Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
➤Knowledgeable in power (electricity), drives/industrial control
➤Background in CS/TSR/ IT and any related fields
➤Willing to be flexible and can work on-site if the job needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Provide Technical product application support for circuit Protection, Distribution Equipment, and Industrial Controls
➤Troubleshooting problems with electronics and making necessary repairs
➤Assist electrical and electronics experts in the planning and development of computers, medical monitoring equipment, communications equipment, and other equipments
➤Ability to facilitate interpersonal connections and communication with the customers
➤Ensure to provide navigation for proper application setup
➤Perform other related task
