Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000
Work Set-up: Work On Site

Requirements:
🎇Bachelor's Degree holder
🎇Has at least 3-5 years of experience as HR Manager
🎇Experience working in BPO or Japanese Company is an advantage.
🎇Amenable to work on site.

Responsibilities:
🎇Addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
🎇Managing the recruitment and selection process
🎇Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
🎇Develop orientation flow about the company's policies for onboarding staff
🎇Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
🎇Assess training needs
🎇Ensure legal compliance
