Salary: P 75, 000- P 78,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting

Requirements:
• Korean National proficient in English preferably permanent visa in the Philippines
• At least 2 years in college
• With customer service background is required
• Has knowledge in social media platforms

Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries from Koreans customers service request in social media platforms
• Manage the social networking sites including facebook, twitter and other similar platforms
• Handle customer concerns, questions and inquiries using these social media platforms
• Attend the customer’s request in a timely manner.
