Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000- Php 100,000
Schedule: Shifting

✅ Native Korean fluent in English
✅ Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
✅ At least 2 years in college
✅ CSR experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities
✅ Responsible in responding to technical related concerns
✅ Provide solutions to technical related concerns Follow step by step troubleshooting process to resolve issues
✅ Responsible in handling escalations Provide customer service phone or email
✅ Record the customer transactions Answer inquiries in chat or email
