Position: Korean Wellness Support Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 Monthly
Location: Subic, Zambales
Schedule: 10 PM to 6 AM
Work Setup: Work from home setup
Requirements:
📌Filipino proficient in Korean and English
📌Open for Degree holder or undergraduate of any field
📌Experience in BPO company and customer service position is a plus
📌Willing to work in Subic, Zambales
Responsibilities:
📌Answering inquiries regarding health and wellness products
📌Provide excellent customer service to Korean clients
📌Ensure to provide assistance in compliance with the company standards and procedures
📌Maintain and build healthy and long term relationships with the clients.
