This company is a German Shared Services company operating more than 100 years in the industry. Their products here in the Philippines are personal, household products and crafts like adhesive tapes and notepads.
Position: Japanese Service Desk/Technical Support
Location: Taguig City
Industry: German Shared Services Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - 90,000
Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Work set-up: Hybrid/Temporary Work from home
Requirements:
🤜 Bachelor’s degree or 2 year associate/vocational graduate
🤜 JLPT N1 - N3 Passer
🤜 Functional knowledge Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite, including SharePoint, One Note and Visio.
🤜 At least 6 months - 1 to 2 years of experience working on a technical support environment/BPO settings
Responsibilities:
🤜 Responsible to answer the calls regarding the web tickets and providing technical assistance
🤜 Maintaining the knowledge of relevant IT services/ application offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users.
🤜 Improving the system for the IT department.
🤜 Make solutions for the problems of improving their system.
