Position: Mandarin Travel Specialist (with Free Accommodation)

Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
✅ Assist Chinese Travelers or passengers regarding their inquiries
✅ Answer calls regarding lost baggage and missing luggage
✅ Answer calls for the transfer of seat or booking confirmation
✅ Reschedule flights and assist passengers in baggage counter check-in
Requirements:
✅ Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin Language
✅ HSK 5 and HSK 6 certificate is an advantage
✅ With Conversational English communication skills
✅ At Least 6 months to 1 year Customer Service experience
✅ Willing to work in Pampanga
