Position: Japanese IT Helpdesk Associate

Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️N1 or N2 certificate holder as a Japanese Bilingual
✔️Open to College graduates or undergraduate and Senior High graduates.
✔️With at least 1 yr IT helpdesk or technical support roles.
✔️Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
✔️Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking concepts, and common enterprise software
✔️Knowledge of IT hardware components and peripheral devices is an advantage.
✔️Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
✔️Commitment to providing a positive user experience and resolving issues to the user's satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️Respond and resolve technical issues reported by end-users, which may include hardware, software, network, and system-related problems.
✔️Troubleshoot and diagnose issues via phone, email, chat, or remote desktop tools.
✔️Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear instructions to resolve problems
✔️Consult with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assist in placing orders
✔️Update and track the incoming calls in the system
