Position: Japanese Customer Associate (Php 90,000 Net)
Industry: BPO/Online Gaming Industry
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 90,000 Net
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Filipino with JLPT N1 Passer/Level
• At least 1 year Customer Service Experience
• Has studied in Japan during High school
• Bachelor Graduate/
• Willing to work on Shifting Schedule
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and generating reports/relating customer’s queries through chat/email/call or social media.
• Researching into customer’s queries/concerns into the systems.
• Data entries of event results in the systems.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
