Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off

Requirements:
• With Good English communication skills
• Open for High School, Vocational, Associate graduates
• With at least 6 months BPO/CSR experience
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong and shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
• Book flight for Japanese passengers
• Re-book and change the dates based on client’s preferences
• Cancel flights if the passenger requested it
• Recommend flight dates based on the passenger’s schedule
• Provide miles or points for VIP passengers
