Position: Vietnamese Speaking Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: IT/Finance Shared Services
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Shifting but Fixed weekends off
Salary: Negotiable
Work set-up: Hybrid work set -up (3 days in Office/ 2 days Work from Home)

Requirements:
🔸 Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese language
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accountancy is an advantage
🔸 Vat least have a year experience in Accounts Payable or any accounting related job
🔸 Work experience in Shared service companies is an advantage
🔸 Good in Excel
🔸 Business level in English communication

Responsibilities:
🔸 Responsible for processing vendors invoices and expense reports
🔸 Cross checking the invoices and receipts received
🔸 Coordinating with different company department regarding disputes
🔸 Responsible in checking validation and accounted the accounts in the system
🔸 Monitor the purchasing accruals
🔸 Responsible in reconciliation the supplier’s statement
🔸 Closing books every end of month
🔸 Initiates payment runs with accuracy and promptness with minimum supervision
🔸 Ensures the application of credit notes and advances are recorded in the system
🔸 Other task assigned
