REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
🍀Open to a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
🍀Proficient in Mandarin and English
🍀Have 5 years of relevant professional experience with strong experience in document review and HR-related analytics.
🍀Prior work experience in accounting is highly desirable.
🍀Exceptional proficiency in summarizing complex legal and financial documents for corporate reporting purposes.
🍀Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
🍀Review and analyze extensive contracts, policies, and other investment-related documents (primarily in English), including those related to due diligence (DD) processes and fund management.
🍀Extract and summarize essential highlights to support corporate decision-making and compliance purposes.
🍀Provide insights into calculations such as fund carry for fund management companies and distribution to General Partners (GPs) or Limited Partners (LPs).
🍀Support the management of executive-level compensation and benefits plans, including stock options.
🍀Integrate compensation and benefits strategies across different corporate offices globally, ensuring alignment with investment performance metrics where applicable.
🍀Prepare concise reports summarizing key insights from document reviews and analysis.
Present findings and recommendations effectively to the senior leadership team.
🍀Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
🍀Work closely with global teams, including finance and investment divisions, to ensure seamless integration of corporate policies and practices.
🍀Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address complex HR-related challenges linked to investments.
