Position: Korean Online Shopping Customer Support
✅Industry: E-commerce
✅Location: Metro Manila (TBA) WFH set up temporarily
✅Salary: PHP 90,000 - PHP 100,000
✅Schedule: Korea Standard Time / DAYSHIFT

Qualification:
✅Can speak, read and write Korean
✅Can speak English very well
✅Has customer service background (2 year relevant)
✅Has online shopping experience (has ordered online already)
✅Preferably with BPO background but not required
✅Can start as soon as possible
✅Graduate and undergraduate of any course

Job Duties:
✅Assist in customer’s cancellation of luxury brand order
✅Answer questions about payment modes on online shopping
✅Explain return policy of damages items
✅Discuss how to know if the item has been shipped
✅Explain how to use discount and promo code
✅Explain how to get free shipping
✅Explain the availability of sized and colors
