Position: Korean Senior Business Analyst
Industry: BPO/Shared Services
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 87, 000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule, Weekends off
Work Setup: ONSITE
Qualifications:
✔ Korean National present in Philippines
✔ Permanent Visa Holders
✔ Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
✔ Must have at least 3 years of BPO Experience as relevant to the role.
✔ At least 2 years in College
✔ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
✔ Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
✔ Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
✔ Can start working asap
Job Duties:
✔ Acting as a liaison between customer and IT groups
✔ Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
✔ Writes detailed business functional requirements documents.
✔ Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
✔ Performs other duties as assigned.
✔ Complies with all policies and standards.
