Position: Japanese Accounting Supervisor
Salary: Php 50,000 to Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Location: Cebu
Work Arrangement: Work Onsite in Cebu
Company Industry: Japanese IT services
Line of Business: Japanese Company
Schedule: 5 days a week (Sat and Sunday off)
Shift: Fixed day schedule (9am to 6pm)

Job Requirements:

💜 Filipino who speak Japanese (conversational is fine)
💜 No JLPT certificate required but having N3, N2 OR N1 certificate is an advantage
💜 Must be graduate of any 4-year course (preferably accounting or finance)
💜 Has experience working as Accounting Specialist for years
💜 Having exposure processing PEZA, SEC or at LGUs is a great advantage
💜 No required Working experience in Japanese Firm but good to have
💜 Familiar with General Accounting such as tax management, financial reporting and disbursement, 💜 Cash Receipts, Recordings of financial transactions

Job duties and Responsibilities

💜 Explain the accounting system if needed to Japanese owners and Managers
💜 Work as interpreter if Japan counter part has question about the books
💜 Communicate with Japan counterpart in regards to audit data information and compliance between Philippines offices and its employees
💜 Responsible for supporting payroll and monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
💜 Make a report and data analysis in Japanese and English and present it to the management
💜 Work as bridge and interpreter between Japanese owners and Filipino accountants during meetings about financial transactions and Audits.
💜 Work as General Accounting Supervisor and handle day to day operations
