Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Industry: I-Gaming Industry
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (9 am to 6 pm)
Salary: Php 80,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Have experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the executive team in a polished and professional manner.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and respond appropriately on behalf of the executive.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and initiatives.
Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating resources.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Liaise with internal departments, external partners, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address issues or concerns to ensure effectiveness and productivity.
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
