JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
✨Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
✨Handle customer and other department inquiries.
✨Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
✨Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
✨Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.
✨Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.
