Position: Korean Sales Manager
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 130,000 + up to Php 50,000 commission
Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Nightshift (9PM-6AM)

Requirements:
✅Proficient in Korean and English language
✅High School Graduate or Undergraduate are welcome to apply
✅With 1 year experience in Telesales is an advantage
✅With 3 year experience in operation manager is a must
✅Willing to work as a customer service
✅Willing to work graveyard shift

Responsibilities:
✅Responsible for assisting potential buyers via calls and chat.
✅Responsible for providing a fast, accurate advisory and support service to the customers
✅Can easily acquire an ever-changing knowledge in products, and processes
✅Actively apply and participate in the development of solutions to further improve the company’s customer service
✅Can effectively prioritize tasks to efficiently manage the needs of the customers and the team
✅Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
✅Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
✅Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
