Position: Korean Senior Business Analyst
Industry: BPO/Shared Services
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 87, 000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule, Weekends off
Work Setup: ONSITE
Qualifications:
✅Korean National present in Philippines
✅Permanent Visa Holders
✅Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
✅Must have at least 3 years of BPO Experience as relevant to the role.
✅At least 2 years in College
✅Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
✅Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
✅Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
✅Can start working asap
Job Duties:
✅Acting as a liaison between customer and IT groups
✅Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
✅Writes detailed business functional requirements documents.
✅Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
✅Performs other duties as assigned.
✅Complies with all policies and standards.
