Position: Korean Quality Assurance Analyst
Industry: BPO/Shared Services
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 50, 000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule, Weekends off
Work Setup: ONSITE
Qualifications:
✅Can speak in Korean and English fluently
✅With at least 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst
✅Experience in customer service is a plus (preferably in contact centres, includes time in a quality assurance role
✅Can start as soon as possible
Job Duties:
✅Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
✅Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
✅Participate in call calibrations and meetings
✅Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
✅Provide feedback for improvements
✅Monitor the performance of team members
