Company Profile: A US-based customer care company helping organizations create better customer service.
Position: Korean Wellness Support Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 Monthly
Location: Subic, Zambales
Schedule: 10 PM to 6 AM
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
✅Filipino proficient in Korean and English
✅Open for Degree holder or undergraduate of any field
✅Experience in BPO company and customer service position is a plus
✅Willing to work in Subic, Zambales
Responsibilities:
✅Answering inquiries regarding health and wellness products
✅Provide excellent customer service to Korean clients
✅Ensure to provide assistance in compliance with the company standards and procedures
✅Maintain and build healthy and long term relationships with the clients.
