Position: Hindi Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift but Fixed weekends off
Salary: Php80,000-Php100,000
Work set-up: Hybrid work set -up
Requirements:
✔Filipino fluent in English language
✔Hindi national residing in the Philippines
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accountancy is an advantage
✔ At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
✔ Work experience in Shared service companies is an advantage
✔ Experience using SAP or Oracle Software
✔ Business level in English communication
Responsibilities:
✔ Responsible for processing vendors invoices and expense reports
✔ Cross checking the invoices and receipts
✔ Prepares monthly accrual and journal entries
✔ Monitor the purchasing accruals
✔ Initiates payment runs with accuracy and promptness with minimum supervision
✔ Ensures the application of credit notes and advances are recorded in the system
