Position : Korean Client Service Specialist

Salary: Php 80,000- Php 100,000 NET
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Must be amenable for shifting schedule)
Work Set-up: Work onsite

Requirements:
✔ Korean National present in the Philippines
✔ Open to Highschool Graduates
✔ Proficient in English language
✔ Must have at least 1 year Customer Service or Betting work experience

Responsibilities:
✔ Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of Korean customers through phone calls, emails and messages
✔ Maintain strong and lasting customer relationship
✔ Prepare required reports for the issues submitted by customers
✔ Coordinate with the Supervisor for escalation of concerns or feedback
