REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to College undergraduates and Bachelor's Degree graduates of any course
✅Proficient in Mandarin, Korean, and English.
✅Having at least 2 years of Marketing experience.
✅Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, and creative
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Communicates with guests actively to understand their schedule, needs, and habits, and provides high-quality services.
✅Handles customer complaints properly.
✅Maintains daily operations, plans, and tracks effectiveness, as well as arranges and allocates manpower.
✅Implements customer expansion strategies, adjusts strategies according to market conditions, and updates performance-setting gaps weekly.
✅Conducts preliminary analysis and negotiations with customers who want to negotiate business, and prepares new plans and activities based
on market competition information.
✅Promotes all the group's businesses, prepares event lists, and invites customers to attend.
