JOB REQUIREMENTS:
☀️Filipino proficient in Korean language
☀️Korean National located in the Philippines
☀️Bachelor degree in Business, HR or any related courses
☀️With experience in Customer Service and Shared Services is and advantage
☀️Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
☀️Responsible to respond to the questions through phone or live chat
☀️Conduct research and resolves the problems or queries in a timely manner
☀️Responsible to ensure that the documentation and employee requests meet the policy of each process
☀️Contribute in delivering, maintaining, and improving HR services, procedures and
processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance and achieving results
