JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Korean National proficient in English
✨Open to undergraduates in college
✨Must have must have technical/IT background
✨Knowledgeable in applications or digital products
✨Can start working asap

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✨Manage cloud based software for healthcare digital products
✨Answer any questions and/or resolve any technical issues encountered and reported by Digital Product users
✨Proper escalation of issue to escalation team
✨Responsible to assist consumers of mobile phone applications support and provide troubleshooting
