✨Korean National proficient in English
✨Open to undergraduates in college
✨Must have coaching/leading a team of agents experience
✨Can start working asap

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Provide quality trainings and guidance to customer service professionals
✨Conduct performance evaluation and ensure quality service has been provided to consumers
✨Monitor team performance to ensure productivity
✨Escalation of issue to second level of technical support
