Position: Korean Customer Service Trainer
Industry: BPO
Salary: Php 115,000- Php 120,000 Monthly
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Dayshift weekends off
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Korean National proficient in English
✨Undergraduates and graduates in college are welcome to apply
✨Must be confident to do manual translations
✨Must have knowledge in corporate training
✨Must have knowledge in Korea Healthcare system
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Support Digital Specialist Team for technical support/customer service account focused on medical/health products.
✨Will do manual translations of medical terms. Translation will include the training modules, the process documents, product manuals, and everything else needed for support.
✨Must be familiar on the features of the product and must be familiar to Korea Healthcare System
✨Conduct specific training that touches on the Korean Health Care system
