Qualifications:
✨Korean National proficient in English
✨Filipino with advanced proficiency in Korean language
✨Degree holder of any course, must be a 4-year course
✨With at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ ADMIN / SUPPORT role
✨With working experience in BPO/Shared Services is preferred
✨Knowledge and experience in HR roles and functions is an advantage

Responsibilities:
✨Responsible to assist in compensation and benefits inquiries of Korean managers and employees
✨Provide basic HR advice to employees about onboarding process and pre-employment requirements using Korean language
✨Manage employee information and data on global system
✨Communicate effectively and resolve employee queries
