They are partnering around 12 countries and they are providing a wide range of services including relationship management, marketing, IT consultation, and many more.
Position: Japanese Customer Service Associate
Industry: Online Gambling/Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Work Schedule: (Shifting) 12 hours with 2 hours break, 4 working days, 3 day offs
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
• Japanese National
• Should be able to ameliorate customer service skills
• Strong communication skills in Japanese (written and oral) and basic in English
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field
• Willing to work onsite and to work on a shifting schedule
• BASIC English
Responsibilities:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically (email/Chat)
• Perform customer verification
• Provide a friendly and professional welcome to customers, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organisation
• Responding promptly with accurate and timely information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organisation
• Ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department
• Follow up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by team leader when needed
