Position: Korean HR Employee Data Management
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 90,000 Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work setup: Work from home setup
Requirements of the job:
✔️ Korean National proficient in English with permanent visa
✔️ Filipino with advanced proficiency in Korean language
✔️ Must be Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or any 4 year course
✔️ With at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ ADMIN / SUPPORT role
✔️ With working experience in BPO/Shared Services is preferred
✔️ Knowledge and experience in HR roles and functions is an advantage
Responsibilities of the job:
✔️ Serve as an HR point of contact for employees' data requests.
✔️ Ensure accuracy and processes data updates in HR global system
✔️ Maintain, manage and regularly audit all personnel information in global system
✔️ Manage queries and provide solutions
