Position: Japanese Order Fulfilment Analyst
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Php 70,000- Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirement:
🔹Japanese level 1, 2 level (No Certification required)
🔹Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
🔹Open for Fresh Graduates
🔹Experience in customer service or related jobs is a big advantage but not required.
🔹Good communication skills.
🔹Willing to work onsite in Makati City
Responsibilities:
🔹Responsible in process channel orders from distributors, direct resellers, and carriers
🔹Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
🔹Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing Purchase orders and quotes
🔹Provides Shipment Confirmation to Customers and ensures that orders are in ready condition and correct status before each order status
🔹Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
🔹Accountable for the forecast accuracy metrics.
🔹Understand and interpret the potential impact that market trends and demand drivers can have on demand.
🔹Provide recommendations to enhance and improve the business process for the efficiency of the operations.
