Position: Japanese Inbound Customer Service Representative
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - 70,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
• Open to JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Level
• Experience working in a BPO company or in a Japanese company is an advantage
• Working experience in Inbound operations, at least three 1 - 3 years in the position
• Proficient in Japanese (can read, write, and speak in a casual and business manner)
• Can send Japanese business emails
• Experience working in sales, preferably in hotel contracting or travel agency, or customer service experience
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Preferably Female

Responsibilities:
• Work experience in a Travel agency (Inbound Operation)
• Experience in customer care: always ready to accept calls from clients
• Willing to work in Makati City
