Requirements:
✅Korean National can speak English living in the Philippines
✅Must be a permanent visa holder or 13A Visa
✅High School or bachelor’s degree graduate are welcome to apply
✅With customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
✅Assist customer hotel related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures
✅Verifies contact information and ensure to put accurate details in the system
✅Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
✅Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
