Qualifications:
🌟Korean National present in Philippines
🌟Permanent Visa Holders
🌟Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
🌟Must have at least 3 years of BPO Experience as relevant to the role.
🌟At least 2 years in College
🌟Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
🌟Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
🌟Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
🌟Can start working asap

Job Duties:
🌟Acting as a liaison between customer and IT groups
🌟Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
🌟Writes detailed business functional requirements documents.
🌟Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
🌟Performs other duties as assigned.
