Position: Korean Quality Assurance Analyst
Industry: BPO/Shared Services
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 50, 000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule, Weekends off
Work Setup: ONSITE

Job Duties:
✨Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
✨Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
✨Participate in call calibrations and meetings
✨Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
✨Provide feedback for improvements
✨Monitor the performance of team members

Qualifications:
✨Can speak in Korean and English fluently
✨With at least 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst
✨Experience in customer service is a plus (preferably in contact centers, includes time in a quality assurance role
✨Can start as soon as possible
