Work Schedule: Day Shift (7:30AM -4:30PM) |Fixed weekends Off

REQUIREMENTS:
🌟Native Korean currently living in Philippines
🌟At least can speak English language
🌟Bachelor’s Degree Graduate or Undergraduate
🌟Must have experience in Customer Service experience
🌟Willing to work onsite once needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌟Preparing and generating reports/relating customer’s queries.
🌟Researching into customer’s queries/concerns into the systems.
🌟Data entries of event results in the systems.
🌟And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
