Position: Korean Senior Quality Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 100,000 monthly
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting (2 days off)

Requirements:
🌟 Open for Korean nationals can speak in English fluently
🌟With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
🌟Experience in customer service for 3 years (preferably in contact centres, includes time in a quality assurance role
🌟 Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
🌟Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
🌟Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
🌟 Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
🌟 Participate in call calibrations and meetings
🌟 Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
🌟Provide feedback for improvements
🌟Monitor the performance of team members
